The 317WhimsyDesigns Story
317WhimsyDesigns (formally EN Woodcraft) was founded
in 2016 by Kevin Smith with a simple mission: to celebrate creativity and
create products that people love. What began as a side project is now a
thriving online store— built on passion, independence, and a belief that
creativity should feel open to everyone.
When you place an order on 317WhimsyDesigns, you are directly supporting an independently small business.
Here at 317WhimsyDesigns, we specialize in digital graphic art, custom t-shirts and fun accessories.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason
you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a refund within 30 days
of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return: Item(s) must be
in brand new, unworn condition, not washed, dirty, have makeup stains,
smell of smoke or perfume, or show any other signs of wear. We will
not re-ship items sent to us that are ineligible for a return.
- Returns will be refunded to the
original payment method within 7-14 days minus a 20% restocking fee of the
product price and original shipping charges (or actual shipping costs
if a free shipping discount code was used).
- You are responsible for the
shipment of returning any items to us including return postage. 317WhimsyDesigns
is not responsible if your return package is lost or damaged on its
way back to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable package
option so you can confirm delivery. If a return is sent without tracking
or delivery confirmation and is not received by us, the return cannot be
processed.
- Orders that are returned to us
undeliverable may be re-shipped after paying for the re-shipment costs or
may be refunded at the customer's request. Our standard fees associated
with refunds apply as mentioned above.
- Returns and exchanges are
not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply
changed their mind.

Problem with your order?
- If a product you have received is
damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at returns.317whimsydesigns@gmail.com within
30 days of delivery so the issue can be reviewed and, if confirmed, a
replacement can be produced and sent. - Any concerns in regards to the
items received need to be addressed prior to being worn or washed, and
within 30 days of delivery.
